Beef University

Beef U is a free, interactive training program designed for retail and foodservice professionals to deepen their understanding of beef. It covers topics such as beef production, nutrition, consumer trends, and meat cutting techniques. Participants gain access to educational materials, instructional videos, and yield data tools to enhance their knowledge and improve their offerings.
